THE CONSERVATIVE PRESS (CP) is presented as a resource to locate conservative based news and opinion on the Internet.

Note the sentence above says based not biased, generally Conservative based opinion is open about having positions about the content presented and is offered for informational purposes. The MSM is famous for slanting 'news' without any statement that the content is biased or progressive based.
